Predguru contains ADS from Google and codes from Analytic tools company and can contain codes for profiling the device on media consumption and other device data and utilizing the same to target relevant content and ads to the device. To comply with the applicable data protection laws and pursuant to our agreement with the Advertisers and Analytics Tool Companies, we are hereby including Privacy Policy Link of such companies. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy you are giving consent for processing any personal information or information by the Advertisers in connection with the agreement between Predguru and the Advertisers.
Using the Google Ads Settings https://www.google.com/settings/ads, you can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads. You can also opt-out by downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/ for your web browser.
In addition to the general limitations in the above terms, we will not be liable to you or any other third party for any damages suffered by you or any other third party howsoever arising from the disclosure of your Personal Information. Your only remedy under such circumstances will be to end this agreement.

Predguru cannot provide you with personal information or respond to your request if Predguru cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Predguru will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s authority to make the request or identity.
Response Timing and FormatPredguru makes efforts to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), Predguru will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with the Website, Predguru will deliver its written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, or a response is not capable of being sent thereto, Predguru will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Personal Information Sales Opt-Out RightsYou have the right to opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information. When you have consented to Predguru’ processing of your Personal Information other information, you may withdraw that consent at any time and opt out to further processing, by contacting dpo@predguru.co. You can send us request for opt out from the Predguru registration page or if already registered on Predguru then you can find the opt out link in the menu from where you can exercise your right to opt out. Even if you opt out, we may still collect and use anonymized, non-Personal Information regarding your activities on our Services.
